EXPND is posting this one to help a contact of the founder who is running the hire; your application goes to him, not through the EXPND placement process. Inbound only: around 150 qualified leads a month land on the sales team, with a 70%+ show rate and a 30% close rate on the current numbers. The role. Full-cycle closer: you take the inbound lead, run the call, and close. Average ticket $25,000. Three seats. The money. 6% commission on a $25k average ticket is $1,500 a deal. On the current lead flow and close rate the realistic OTE is $10k–$15k a month. Commission-only. The hours. 11am–7pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. This is non-negotiable: the leads come in on US time and the calendar is built around it. US-based preferred; Canada works if the hours work. Who they want. Female closers preferred. Proven closing experience on high-ticket offers, strong cash-collected numbers you can back up, coachable and competitive.
