Straight answers
Do I need this to get placed?
No. It is not a condition of being considered, and skipping it doesn't move you down any list. If you meet our experience requirements, you're in the pool either way.
Does it make me more likely to get placed?
It's designed to help you present better, and interviews turn on presentation — so it can make you a stronger candidate. What it never does is guarantee placement, or buy you a place in the queue ahead of someone better suited to the role. We don't promise an outcome to anyone, trained or not.
Am I ever charged to be placed?
Never. You are not charged a fee for being found, referred, considered or placed into work — that's a legal requirement, not a courtesy. This programme is a separate product you can ignore entirely.
What if I change my mind?
Fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, as long as no sessions have taken place. Once training has started it's non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
This is an optional add-on. You never need to pay anything to be found or placed through EXPND.
